Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot usually be cancelled.

1.2. Cancellation by NANDAS Fresh Mart: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to deliver to your location. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund (if applicable).

2. Returns

2.1. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality products. If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or not as described, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with proof (such as photos).

2.2. Certain products (like perishable or hygiene-sensitive items) may not be eligible for return.

3. Refunds

3.1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the issue is verified.

3.2. Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion after investigation of the complaint.
